Higher Consciousness

Who are you? You don't say you are your foot, you say I have a foot. You don't say you are your head, you say I have a head. If this is the case, then where do "you" begin and where do "you" end? Higher Consciousness is realizing you are not your body, yet a conscious being who has a body. A being who is able to walk this earth, and engage with the universe and all of its beautiful grace. With this, you realize physical conditions only impact your physical body. Your conscious soul will forever be sacred.
